In consideration of the acceptance of this registration for Swing FOR The WIN ("Event") by For The Win, Inc. ("FTW"), the undersigned and their guest do hereby: (1) Release FTW and its committees, directors, volunteers, sponsors, partners (including The Golf Club at Indigo Run, Sunset Landing at Skull Creek Boathouse/The SERG Group and Frosty Frog Cafe) and agents from any and all liability arising out of or related to the Event; (2) Release all other participants and officials from any and all liability arising out of or related to the Event; (3) Warrant that the undersigned has been given a copy and personally read the rules and regulations related to the Event; (4) Give permission to use photos taken the day of the Event for publication and future promotion of FTW and the Event.*
