• There is a $20 nonrefundable application fee.
• The initial deadline is August 17th. All applications in by then will be reviewed. If space remains we will consider participants beyond that date.
• Rent is not due until October 20 if you are accepted.
• The show is on the lower level of the parking structure, sheltered and dry but not heated. The lighting is adequate but not bright. We will have a wifi connection for your cellphone-based credit card handling.
• We have two booth sizes:
5'x10' - $275.
10x10- $475
ADD- Table(s) $10 each, Chair(s) $2 each
ADD- Mesh hanging wall(s) $25 each. (7' tall by 10' wide)
Note- no corner spaces are available.
• Show set-up is Friday from 2pm until 6pm & Saturday from 7:00 am until 9:00 am. All items must be removed from the structure by 7:30 pm on Sunday.
