I understand that I must be 18 years old and provide valid photo ID when coming to my appointment
I understand that I am required to pay a deposit in order to secure a booking and this deposit is non refundable. cancellations or appointment changes need a minimum of 7 days notice or a new deposit will be needed. All appointment changes need to be made by emailing me directly, please reply to our current email thread rather than make a new one.

Are there other tattoos in or around the area you want tattooed?
Provide a description of your tattoo idea, preferably using bullet points to simplify your idea
Size of tattoo in cm or area of body to cover e.g. full left arm sleeve, half left arm sleeve etc
I understand that following my enquiry Ladysky will ask for tattoo reference examples, artwork examples and pictures of the body part I wish to tattoo.
All photos of your body need to be clear, with a relaxed body position (no posing please). I will tell you what photos are needed.

Use a self timer or a friend to take the photos.

I need to see your body in it's natural position so I can design the tattoo directly on top of your photo and create a shape that flows with your unique and wonderful shape.

If you are getting a sternum tattoo, please do not wear a bra. Pasties or hands covering the area is fine. Please do not hold anything up with your hands or stretch out your body, keep everything as relaxed and natural as possible or I may design something that won't fit properly on the day and will need alterations which will cut into tattoo time.

Do you wish to do an in person consult? Please note all consults in the Gold Coast Australia are done Tues-Fri at 10am, no zoom consults. International consult times and dates vary.
I understand that Ladysky (Michelle) does not send out designs and if I wish to see my design before the day of the tattoo, I need to book in a consult 1-2 days before but no more than 1 week before the tattoo appointment.
I understand that my tattoo quote will be an estimate and not an exact
I understand that Ladysky (Michelle) cares a lot about her clients and making their tattoo dreams a reality, she always puts 100% into her designs therefore if my project doesn’t align with her style she may not be able to tattoo me
Please allow up to 7 days for a reply, if you do not hear back within 7 days please send a message via instagram @ladysky_tattoo Make sure to include your email address.

Please give a minimum of 7 days notice if you wish to reschedule your tattoo appointment (14 days is preferable). If a client decides to reschedule the same appointment more than 2 times, they will forfeit their deposit and a new one will be required before booking in for the 3rd time.

All appointment bookings and changes need to be done via email, no Instagram dms please.

Please make sure to click reply to the current email chat, please do not start a fresh new email when discussing a single project or your emails may get lost and things discussed may be missed.

Deposit information and day rate information will be sent to you once your enquiry is received.
