Chargeback Policy - Chargebacks are prohibited. Chargeback means a reversal of payment or cancelling the payment sent to this society. If a chargeback is intentionally initiated, an additional $100 administrative fee will be due immediately and membership will be suspended until all fees are paid. This action may result in permanent revocation of membership. Please contact us before doing so because once this action is initiated, our terms will be irrevocable. Each time a consumer files a chargeback, the merchant or organization may be charged a fee ranging from $20 to $100 per transaction. Even if the chargeback is later canceled, the merchant or organization will still have to pay fees and administrative costs. If the merchant or organizer accepts, the funds will be returned to the cardholder and there may still be a levy of a chargeback fee. If the merchant or organization disputes it, the service has anywhere from 10 to 90 days (depending on the type of transaction) to investigate the charge. This causes a hold to be place on the funds, leading to more issues.* This field is required.

TERMS & CONDITIONS - * This field is required.UmuAgu DNA Africa Society is a department of Imperial African History and Genetic Genealogical Society. Your membership dues support the operations of Imperial African History and Genetic Genealogical Society and its departments. Membership dues are non-refundable. Membership approval is based on a favorable vote by the Board. Inductions and namings are conducted virtually, by Chief Dr. Naja Njoku-Levoe. Dues are based on a calendar year and payable every 12 months no later than 1 October. Any dues paid after 1 October will include a late fee of $25 unless a notice has been provided by national. All members must have their dues paid in full to be considered a “member in good standing” and eligible for member discounts and benefits. COMMUNICATIONS By applying for membership, you consent to you receiving direct mail, emails, and other electronic communications related to UmuAgu DNA Africa Society membership events, and to products and services of UmuAgu DNA Africa Society.
