North Iowa Mutual Aid- Harm Reduction & Period Product Request

Please use this form to request harm reduction supplies or period products.  We can deliver or mail supplies to you.  All requests are kept completely confidential and will not be shared with anyone outside of our organization.  All volunteers are required to sign confidentiality agreements.  All requests will be processed within one week and delivered or mailed within two weeks, based on the availability of volunteers.  Please let us know if you need your items urgently (sooner than 1-2 weeks). At this time we are only able to mail or deliver items in our nine-county service area.  These are the counties we currently serve: Winnebago, Hancock, Wright, Worth, Cerro Gordo, Franklin, Mitchell, Butler, and Floyd. If you are outside of our service area but need harm reduction supplies or period products please contact us so we can connect you with a resource that serves your county. Please email us at northiowamutualaid@gmail.com or call or text us at (641) 505-1566 if you have any questions or concerns.  Thank you!
