1. Nomination must be made by breeder or co-breeder who must be an SBTCA member.
2. Nomination must be made after breeding, but before puppies are whelped. The date of submission of this entry form is the official date of nomination.
3. The fee to nominate the litter is $25.00. There will be no refunds. Late nominations will be accepted up to 30 days after whelping date with an additional fee of $50.00.
4. The nomination of a litter makes all puppies in the litter eligible for individual nomination
