We have limited availability. Reservations are not gauranteed until confirmed by email and are on a first come first served basis when deposits are received. All reservations must be guaranteed and accompanied by a first and last night room deposit via PayPal link or by check made payable to GSMDCA and mailed to Liz Coit, 8615 W. 46th Street, Indianapolis, IN 46234 within 10 days of making said reservation. Full payment due no later than Tuesday, August 22, 2024
INDIVIDUAL RESERVATIONS
Each individual person, couple or family must complete the online GSMDCA 2024 NS Event Registration form or submit by email to gsmdcans@gmail.com by August 12, 2024 to receive GSMDCA rates. All reservations must be guaranteed and accompanied by a first and last night room deposit via PayPal link or by check made payable to GSMDCA and mailed to Liz Coit, 8615 W. 46th Street, Indianapolis, IN 46234 within 10 days of making said reservation. Once block is full, a waitlist will be created. People on waitlist will be given first right of refusal if rooms become available. Acceptance of offer must be received within 48 hours of notice.
CANCELLATION OF INDIVIDUAL RESERVATIONS
Guests are responsible for paying for their own accommodations by package price to GSMDCA. Deposits (and any room payments) shall be refunded or credited on a sliding scale: Full deposit is refundable up to August 1, 2024; 50% refundable if notice is received after August 1 and before September 11, 2024. Cancellations received after Septebmer 11 are subject to forfeiture of the full deposit amount.
CUT OFF DATE FOR NEW RESERVATIONS (not waitlist) 9/11/2024 except for waitlist substitutions. The Resort will continue to accept reservations from Group’s attendees after that date at the prevailing room rate, subject to availability.
