FESTIVAL AVAILABILITY

The festival kicks off at 7 pm Monday the 3rd of July and finishes at 11 pm Volunteers are required to do 4 hours of work. Set up Time starts at noon in return for an opportunity to be a part of this new Radio Station Kizy 91.5 FM, and Gain experience in radio broadcasting and production- Assist in creating and producing content for the station

VOLUNTEER TERMS AND CONDITIONS

 

1. I agree to show up for my shifts on time and to advise the Reggae on the Yuma River staff in advance if your availability for your shifts changes. 
2. I agree to work under the guidance and supervision of Reggae on the Yuma River staff.
3. I agree to show up to my shift 10 minutes before the scheduled shift time so as to be informed of the particulars of the role and the venue.
4. I will not show up to my shift under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
5. I agree to advise the Reggae on the Yuma River staff if I am unable or uncomfortable to complete tasks that have been assigned to. We will be understanding of these requests, just give us as much notice as possible.
6. I agree to inform my supervisor immediately of any injuries sustained while undertaking volunteering activities.
7. As a member of the Reggae on the Yuma River team, I will do my best to provide correct information and a positive attitude to all members of the public I deal with throughout the festival.
8. I agree to work in a constructive and cooperative way with Reggae on the Yuma River staff and comply with any safety procedures as requested.
9. I understand that I am volunteering my services to Reggae on the Yuma River and will not receive any money for my services.
