    As part of our comprehensive service, we reserve the right to replace and fit essential components to ensure optimal performance. Please note that some of these components are consumables, which are not covered under our general warranty conditions. These items require regular replacement and maintenance, and thus fall outside the scope of our standard warranty coverage. Charges for these consumables will apply accordingly.
    We appreciate your understanding and assure you of our commitment to maintaining the highest service standards.

    Proof of Purchase (PoP)

    If your blender(s) have a manufacturing date >3 years, we will require you to provide PoP in order to have the your equipment repairs covered under warranty. Should no PoP be provided, a quote for the service/repairs will send to you. Kindly also note that failing to provide a copy of the PoP might result in longer turn around times.     Important Notice:
    A flat $95.00 +GST inspection fee (per unit) will be charged if you
    decide not to proceed with repairs after receiving a quote.

    ■  If no fault/errors are found by the service department [or] I decide not to proceed for any reasons with repairs after receiving a quote, I'll accept a quote fee or futile service charge of $95.00 +GST
    ■  I will only drop off the base of the blender(s) and will not include, sound enclosures, jugs, or mount base.
