With over 50 years experience in this field, we are experts in digital restoration and corrective remedies such as bringing back an old faded photo to life, removing objects from backgrounds, changing backgrounds, opening eyes, swapping heads, swapping skies, removing tattoos, removing scars, removing tear & cracks and fading from old photos, removing glare in glasses, removing face shine, drawing back damaged areas, removing skin blotching, scar removal, hair removal, hair addition, extending edges of an image and a myriad of other issues.

Because digital manipulation and restoration is a time-consuming process that varies with the amount and type of corrections needed, it's difficult to estimate the hours required for corrections until the artist actually finishes working on them. However, we are pleased to offer these services at at flat rate for most problems. And, we don't charge you until after you see and love the finished product. Since we are confident that you will love the results, there is no obligation on your part!

Here's how our process works:

Whether you upload a digital file or ship to us a "touch-and-feel" photo or artwork, we will immediately make a high resolution copy file to which the digital retouching will be done. We do not altar your orginal in any way and it will be returned to you in the exact same condition as which we received it.

If your orgininal is a "touch-and-feel" photograph and you are unsure whether or not we are able to complete the corrections you seek, you may use your phone to take a picture of your original and upload it using this form for our evaluation before actually shipping us your original. After our satisfactory evaluation, we will require that the original "touch-and-feel" photograph or artwork be shipped to us.

Our digital artists are experts and will do their "magic" and correct or greatly improve the issues.

We will then post a low resolution copy of the final result online for your approval.

We will make the required high res copy file, complete the corrective work and post the final product online without any upfront charge or payment. No credit card is required and there is NO OBLIGATION for you to purchase the finished product.

Unlike many online companies who are very vague about their pricing, require payment upfront, you do not pay anything until the work is completed and you're thrilled with the results!

In addition, there is no charge for revisions, if needed.

There will be three (3) charges if you approve our work.

A $35 charge for the initial high res scan required.
The labor charge incurred by the digital artist to work their magic.
The charge for whatever print product you wish to purchase. We offer photographs from 5x7 to 16x20 or larger.

If you do not love the finished product, you not be charged anything!

Restoration is a highly specialized investment. It's expensive but the results are priceless and well worth the investment.

Option #1 -I have a high res digital file taken by a professional photographer of at least 8MB in size that I would like to upload for corrections. This may be an original digital file from at a wedding, a portrait session or something else. It is not a photo from a phone!Option #2 -I have taken a photo with my phone of an old or damaged photo or another phone photo that I would like to upload for evaluation. I understand that if your assessment is that you can improve or correct my image, I will be asked to mail or deliver the original to you.Option #3-I would like to immediately arrange to ship my "touch-and-feel" photo or artwork to you.Option #4 -I will drop off my touch-and-feel" photo or artwork to you.

If your original is a "touch-and-feel" photograph, the labor charge for restorations requiring a normal amount of work is a flat rate of $85.00. That includes removing a normal amount of cracks, tears, missing parts of the image, restoring the color and improving the image as close as possible to it's original condition. In many cases, we can make it look better than it did originally. Many images can even be sharpened by the artist. If your file requires work that exceeds this price range, we will notify you before starting on your project.

If your original is a high res digital file created by a professional photographer of at least 8 MB in size and not a phone photo, the average labor charge for retouching requiring a normal amount of work is a flat rate of $65.00. That includes but is not limited to such things as removing or improving blemishes, lines in the face, face shine, removing braces, removing glare in glasses, opening eyes, swapping heads, removing distractions in the background, extending backgrounds, reducing arm or back fat, removing tattoos, whitening teeth, drawing back chipped teeth, removing stray hairs, drawing in hair, etc. If your file requires work that exceeds this price range, we will notify you before starting on your project.

We can also do things like removing people, taking people from different images and combining them into one image, swapping skies and other backgrounds and other more involved retouching which we are happy to quote for you.

Images cannot be sharpened with this service. If your original needs sharpening, please select Option #2 above.

If your photograph is in a frame under glass, be sure and place your framed print where there is a minimum amount of glare.

Then position yourself to further minimize the glare from the glass and your reflection in it.

If your photograph or painting is in a frame, please carefully remove it from the frame. If your frame has glass, make sure the print is not stuck to the glass.

If it is stuck to the glass, carefully separate it from the glass. DO NOT SEND THE FRAME!

Take the photograph or artwork to UPS and have it properly packed and have them ship it to the address below with a SIGNATURE REQUIRED!

Since we will be returning your original to you in the same box, obtain a prepaid return address label addressed to you for the same amount with a signature required by you upon it's return. You may decide on adding insurance both ways if you feel it necessary.

Include the prepaid return label along with a note letting us know your name, address, phone and email address.
