  • Thank you for taking the time to fill out this application to foster for MSGBR! FOSTERING SAVES LIVES! With every animal you foster, you immediately save two lives...the life of the pet whom you take into your home, and the life of the animal who they made room for when they got saved! MSGBR will provide you, the foster, with what is needed to care for your MSGBR foster. Supplies and veterinary care at one of the veterinarian clinics which gives us discounted care.  You provide the loving home, care, and update us regularly with new pictures, videos, and all of the information you learn about your foster pet while they're living with you! We are here for you 100% of the time to help you in any way possible with your foster pet. Fosters also have the first right to adopt their foster pet before we start searching for their forever home with someone else!

  • If you take a vacation, you must give Margret’s Saving Grace Bully Rescue two

months’ notice to arrange boarding at our approved boarding facility and rescue

will cover this cost. Failure to do this, the foster is responsible to notify rescue

and discuss their plans to safely board their foster dog at their expense.

  • We reserve the right to refuse foster approval to anyone. There are several reasons we may choose to deny your request to foster with us. These reasons include but are not limited to misleading or failing to provide accurate information on this application, negative references from veterinarian and/or personal references, lack of permission from landlord/property manager/homeowners association, rescue animal meeting current pet(s) is unsuccessful, inappropriate match of rescue animal to family, and applicant name found on a “Do not adopt” or "Do not foster" list. Completing a foster application is not a guarantee that you will foster the animal you are applying for or anyother animal for MSGBR.

  • I understand sometimes if a foster is not working out in the home, MSGBR can’t immediately move a dog out of a foster house due to being 100% foster base and will need adequate time to secure a new foster. We ask you to follow our guidelines when letting a foster dog decompress fully prior to any slow introduction of other animals in the home.
