All Contestants must lived in State of Tennessee.

Community Clinic Shelbyville and Bedford County, Inc. is Partner with Miss Tennessee and Miss America. The age group 13 to 18 years old Miss Teen Shelbyville, 19 - 28 years old Miss Shelbyville, and will go through Private  interview with the judges. You will also have to do a talented show and Miss Shelbyville Beauty Pageant for all ages. All contestants must be residents in State of Tennessee .Applications and Enrty Fees must be received by July 30, 2023. No Applications or Fees will be accepted after this date. No fees will be accepted at the door on the day of the pageant. All pageants will be held at Shelbyville Central High School Auditorium. Please be on time! We will not delay the pageant to wait on late arrivals. No Refunds Given.Judging will be based on Beauty, Poise, and Personality. the decisions of the judges are final. Score sheets are not given out because all contestants are listed on the same sheet. Talking to judges during the pageant is not allowed.
Each contestant must be accompanied by a parent or guardian . Only one person is allowed backstage with each contestant.
Check in starts at 9 am. Contestant numbers will be given out at check in. No official reherasal will take place. Each contestant will walk a traditional T pattern on stage individually, followed by a group line up. Direction will be given backstage to help contestants know where to go. Dressing area will be available for contestants. Only females will be allowed in the designated areas.If your child is small and needs assistance on stages, they will be allowed one helper. If they are able to walk on stage alone we encourage that, Category start times are tentative . Depending on the size of groups the times can run behind but will not start early. We try to stay on time as listed on the schedule. Sportsmanship is a Must . We want this pageant to be fun for all. Verbal name calling or inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated. Pageant Attire is Acceptable for all age groups . Make up at parent discretion . If you win Scholarship will not be able to compete in that age group. You will have the option to return and help crown or sit out until you move up and ages groups. Birthday must coincide with pageant..
1. Contestant Must have reached her 16th birthday , but not her 21 birthday by December 31, 2022.
2. Contestant Must be a resident of in State of Tennessee.
3. Contestants Must submit a photo with entry form to be used for a feature in the asked to leave and will forfeit entry fee and any winnings.
4.Contestants must submit a photo with entry form to be used for a feature in the local newspaper or any publication. Photo will be returned the night of the pageant.
5. Miss Shelbyville will be required to be present for events during the crown winner come back year 2024 crown future winners. and will be the offical celebration hostes this is an honor and a privilege. She will also be invited to participate in the local and other events throughout the year. Runner up will be asked to participate in opening ceremonies of the Shelbyville as well. The $500 scholarship will be awarded to winner 18- 28 years old to her for college..
6. Miss Shelbyville will be represent Community Clinic Shelbyville and Bedford County. Attendance during Festival at the state pageant are Mandatory.. All entries cannot be married . If the contestant chooses to marry before pageant, she will forfeit any and all awards.
7. In case of marriages , pregnancy inappropiate behavior such as bullying misconductat the school non-lady like behavior on social media or in the public eye or any reason the winner cannot fulfill her duties during her term she agrees to relinquish her privileges , prizes and awards.
8. The Community Clinic Shelbyville And Bedford County, Inc. Board of Directors and the Community Clinic Shelbyville and Bedford County have the discretion of recall any queen recalled will be succeeded by the runner-up.
