SWAT Leader Application

It is critical for Marksman SWAT leaders to lead other men not only with words, but also by example. This application should take 10-15 minutes to complete, and it is designed to help you determine whether you are willing to commit to living a godly lifestyle that other men should follow. If you do not feel as though you can commit to any of the expectations for SWAT leaders, you may consider applying at a later date. Please keep in mind that if there are any areas where you are struggling today, we are willing to help you become the man God desires you to be so you can become a leader worth following in the future.

Thank you for your interest in joining Marksman SWAT. We are only accepting applications from candidates who have already completed all 6 weeks of the Marksman Bootcamp and agree to be the type of leader who is worth following. 7 Pledges of Character

The following 7 Pledges of Character are intended to hold you accountable to being the best Marksman leader you can possibly be as a man deserving of having other men follow your example. As a leader, the Bible says you are held to a higher level of accountability (James 3:1).

Please take your leadership seriously and open your heart to the process of sanctification—the process of being made to look more like Jesus each and every day. The enemy seeks to destroy men and their leadership, and the following Pledges of Character should be viewed as a way to guard your leadership opportunities and your own potential for the future. We cannot expect other men to go down the narrow path in life if we are not willing to be set apart and take the narrow path ourselves.

Once you submit this application, your answers will be reviewed by other Marksman SWAT members and you will hear back from someone in the near future. Candidates selected to move forward will be informed of next steps during an interview process.
