    Provision is a coffee roaster, restaurant, and cocktail bar in Phoenix, AZ. We have a passion for community and food & beverage.     BARTENDER POSITION

    Details:

    Part time to Full time (20-35 hrs/week) | Compensation $14.35/hr + ~$7/hr tips (During training: $14.35/hr)

    Brief Job Description:

    The bartender is responsible for creating customized and unique cocktails for guests, using high-quality and fresh ingredients. They are knowledgeable about various spirits, mixers, and techniques to create beautiful garnishes and amazing flavor profiles. They must be able to engage with customers, provide excellent service, and maintain a clean and organized bar. Additionally, they should keep up-to-date on industry trends and have the ability to suggest cocktail pairings with food.

    Responsibilities:

    • This role will primarily be trained to focus on guest service and drink prepartion.
    • Staff prepare and serve specialty coffee, food, tea, cocktails, beer, and wine to patrons at the bar, tables, and patio.
    • Must have the ability to learn new skills and be cross-trained on all workstations.
    • Serve and lightly prepare food such as baked goods, small plates, sandwiches, and toast.
    • Clean dishes, tables, counter, chairs, and facilities.
    • Greet guests warmly and help build a positive environment.
    • Plays a key role in our energetic team of food and beverage enthusiasts who are driven to give excellent service.
    • Will have the opportunity to be part of a fun dynamic atmosphere with the potential to grow into additional roles.

    Qualifications:

    • 18 years old or older
    • Passion for community and customer service
    • Relevant experience in food & beverage strongly preferred
    • High attention to detail and dedication to cleanliness
    • Positive, team-first attitude and the ability to multi-task in a flexible environment
