IMPACT is taking students who have completed 6th - 8th grade (as of June 2023) to the Texas Church of God's Youth Camp, hosted by Wake Church at Boxwoods: A Cho-Yeh Camp in Livingston.

In order to secure your space at camp, you will need to do the following:

1. Complete this form.

2. Complete the 2023 edition of the Parkgate Student Ministry Medical Release Form.

3. Submit your $100 deposit, via check (write your student's name and the trip name on the memo line) or online at parkgate.church/giving. Make sure you select "IMPACT Trips" from the dropdown menu. The total anticipated cost for this trip is $325, which can be offset by various fundraising opportunities.

Only when all three of these actions have been taken will your spot be secured.
