The Worship Associate is a skilled musician, and has the ability to lead musically and spiritually. This position is focused on assisting with worship and rehearsal leading for Sunday, College, and Student gatherings, along with other Redeemer events. This role will help aid the Worship Director and the Worship Coordinator with ministry care and the development of servant leaders. The ideal candidate for this position is an interpersonal professional, who is able to multitask, problem-solve, and manage their workload.
