Additional signs, racks, or displays may require two spaces. Please plan accordingly to ensure the success of this event. REMEMBER, participation in this event is NOT guaranteed. We will consider event availability, final payment, and a diverse selection of vendors before finalizing the line-up. Your fee will be refunded if your application to participate is declined.

 

The fee is non-refundable and non-transferable. However, a credit towards another event will be issued if the host cancels or reschedules. Once your application has been approved, we will send an invoice or arrange payments. You are NOT guaranteed participation in the event until payment is received. Individuals with repeated 'no shows' or cancellations will NOT be invited to participate in future events. You will receive details about the upcoming email closer to your participation date.
