Categories Accepted- Prom images or Formal Images - As long as the girls are in formal attire or and as long as the Guys in in something that looks to be formal (like in a suit), then you may submit for this edition. There is no limit on ages or grade levels.

You may submit up to 30 total images per submission form. You may submit your own teen, but in order to do so, you MUST submit paying clients as well.

If you have more than 30 images to submit (and many people do), then please fill out a second form.

GET RELEASE FORM

We need our release for all submissions. This release is different from your own regular model release form. THIS IS A DIGITALLY SIGNABLE FORM and contains the language we need for our specific magazine. Scroll down - Our Release Form is below. It will take your client 3 minutes to sign this digitally.

FOLLOW DIRECTIONS

Click on the GREEN use template button. Change the name at the top to YOUR studio name CLICK PUBLISH to save the template to your jotform account (jotform is free). Then click "get link". This is the link you will text to your parents. They can sign it on their phones. It takes about 3 minutes. When they click submit, it will come right back into your jotform account. (Read on)

SEND TO PARENTS

Text your parents the form LINK that you just created and saved to your account. Tell them you are submitting images for a magazine competition. Ask them to sign it on their phones and submit.

When they submit, it will come directly to your jotform account. I HIGHLY recommend TEXTING it to them. Again, tell them you are entering some images into a magazine competition and that you need to get a release form in case their image is chosen and is published. Ask them to sign it and send it back within 24 hours so that they don't procrastinate. They can sign it with their finger, save it, and send it back to you. It will literally takes minutes. Once they submit, it will come back to you and you will find it in your jotform account.

WHEN YOU GET THE FORMS BACK FROM THE PARENTS

Once you receive the forms back from your parents, they will appear in YOUR jotform account. Just download each form individually, name it with your model's first and last name, and put the forms in your dropbox with your properly named images.

Copy and paste your link here. Dropbox is preferred, as it provides a much quicker download for us than Google Drive.
