Our process begins with a non-refundable one-time Retainer fee. The Retainer fee is assessed per vacation or destination and not per traveler.

Complete the Quote Form below to the best of your ability and make sure you do not skip over any questions that are marked as mandatory. Please complete the form in full and do not leave the Quote Form page until you have paid & clicked "SUBMIT FORM" at the bottom of the page and your browser indicates you submitted the form successfully.

2. Complete the Request a Quote form in a timely manner and Cruise & Fly Travel will deliver the first round of formal travel recommendations in less than 72 hours.

3. The Request a Quote form must be submitted in full and you must make a Retainer deposit before the 72 hour clock begins.

Formal recommendations will be emailed to you and we will work with you through your primary contact method to revise where necessary before the booking gets locked in and a payment plan for your group is arranged.
