1. Due to local and state ordinances, recalled batteries cannot be thrown in the trash and cannot be deposited in used battery recycling boxes found at various retail and home improvement stores. 2. Allow 4-6 Weeks for Processing

3. This form submission will be verified. All fields must be complete for a battery replacement.

4. Continue to use your zooby as a wired baby monitor until you receive your replacement.

By clicking here and submitting this form, you hereby acknowledge that you have been notified of the voluntary recall initiated by Baby-Tech Innovations Inc. in cooperation with the Consumer Product Safety Commission for the “zooby baby monitor” and that in submitting a claim for replacement of the battery under the recall that you have verified that the battery was part of batch no. 2136 and is subject to the recall, as reflected in the photo submitted by you. You further acknowledge and represent that you have removed or will immediately remove the recalled battery from the “zooby baby monitor” and will immediately dispose of the battery in accordance with the instructions outlined on this website. Failure to follow the instructions regarding removal and disposal of the battery will result in a waiver of any and all claims related to the “zooby baby monitor”, the battery and/or Baby-Tech Innovations, Inc.*
