  • Thank you for applying to be part of the Fall 2023 SuitUp Pro (SUP) cohort! You are applying to be 1 of 50 SuitUp scholars from around the country who want to take their SuitUp experience to the next level. The level that launches you from student onto the pathway of becoming a real Chief Executive Officer (CEO). 

     
    Through this program, you will support and encourage each other toward your common goal of developing as leaders through 4 hours per month of entirely virtual programming with SUP staff and real corporate volunteers, just like a SuitUp competition. Together, your cohort will embark on a journey (filled with prizes SUP swag, and cash incentives) meant to prepare you for the career of your dreams! Perhaps even at one of SuitUp’s current corporate partners like Snapchat, Goldman Sachs, Louis Vuitton, Salesforce, and more! 

     
    Each year you participate in SUP will get you that much closer to securing the internship and full-time role of your dreams. SUP will also gain your admittance to an exclusive network of SUP scholars from all across the globe. We’re so excited you’re applying. 

  • As a SUP scholar you will earn the right to exclusive mentorship and development, you only need to be a high school Junior or Senior for the 2023-2024 school year to be eligible!

  • Won't be a high school Junior or Senior? No sweat! Email Troy at troy@volunteersuitup.org and we can brainstorm other ways to get you involved in SUP!

  • What does SuitUp look for in a SuitUp Pro scholar?

     

    1. You LOVE SuitUp and are dedicated to developing as a leader. You will show up to programming with enthusiasm and be an active participant. 

    2. You are open minded. Leadership development can be a tricky process, so you must be open to feedback and change. 

    3. You work well with others. In order to get to where you want to be, you must be able to network and make good impressions on those around you. 

    4. You align with SuitUp values. Just like the SuitUp staff, you embody SuitUp company values of Passion, Perseverance, Integrity, and Innovation.

     

  •  Evaluation criteria:

     

    1. Does it appear the student put effort into the application (grammar and writing fluency are adequate, answers are thoughtful, etc.)?

    2. How motivated is the student to earn their college degree?

    3. How likely is the student to contribute to their SUP scholar class?

    4. How passionate is the student about developing as a leader?

    5. Does the student have a plan for their future? 

    6. Is this student proud of themselves and their accomplishments?
