As an employee, I believe that every individual has the right to work in a workplace that is free from harassment and based on a culture of respecting one another.  I will do my part and take action to ensure that I can help both myself and my co-workers reach full potential by contributing to building a culture based on RESPECT.

I believe that it is important for me to take responsibility to help create and contribute to a respectful workplace because in doing so:
