Due to Florida Fire Marshall guidelines and safety restrictions, all vehicle exhibitors are required to have no less than 2.5 feet of space in between the aisle and the front, back, and/or sides of each vehicle displayed. There must be a lane of egress, no less than 5 feet, in between any and all vehicles displayed in the same contracted space. No part of any of your vehicle(s) can go outside of your space; doors cannot open into the aisle under any circumstance.
If any part of your vehicle goes over your paid space, you will be charged a premium of $50a square foot. (Length x Width x $50)
I acknowledge that I (Customer) will only move in the number of vehicles contracted and paid for with signed contract. Any additional vehicles that have not been contracted and paid for will be denied entry upon move-in.
By registering at the NLA member/CD advertiser rate, I confirm that I am either a current, paid NLA member or will be advertising with CD at least 6 times in the next 12 months. If I am not a current, paid member member or CD advertiser, I understand that my registration is incomplete until payment for the Nonmember rate difference is made.

This application becomes valid only after being signed by Exhibitor. Booth/vehicle spaces will be assigned upon receipt of your deposit. We will do our best to accommodate all space requests. All space assignments are based on availability.
