Thank you for your interest in booking an appointment with me! To help me streamline my booking process, please answer each question to the best of your ability.
Before You Submit

I ask all prospective clients to view the FAQs and Policies on my site (www.alyssavart.com) to verify that I am the right artist for them and that they are informed on my process / how I operate / my policies. I'm currently not tattooing certain areas, - such as the neck (unless part of back piece), behind ear, feet, or fingers. I do mainly black and gray work. Please view my Instagram page to ensure the style you're requesting is something I specialize in. I usually notify clients with accepted proposals within 2 weeks.
