Inanna Rising Values

Please let us know a bit about you by giving us one example of how you ascribe to each of the values of Inanna Rising. Examples could include how you demonstrate these values in your work, your life, and plan to continue living out these values as you move forward in your life.
1. Integrated and collaborative care as best practice: We believe that all people who seek healing deserve to see clinicians who are committed to excellence in field knowledge and delivery of care. This includes creating integrated and collaborative team based ethical care.
2. Professional Learning: We believe clinicians need to continue to both do their own healing work as well as consistently seek training that keeps them abreast of field and treatment developments.
3. Affordability and Accessibility: We believe all people who seek healing from life’s challenges and trauma deserve evidenced based care that is affordable, accessible, and delivered by highly trained, culturally humble, collaborative providers.
4. Ancestral Reparations and Healing: We each believe we have a responsibility to both honor and give back to the indigenous communities that cared for our land and its medicines and who have suffered immeasurable trauma and loss at the hands of the colonizing greed and privilege of those in power.
5. Community and Support: We believe that we are made better as humans when we commit to and grow within a community of like-minded people with shared values.
6. Communication: As a community we commit to practice open, honest, respectful and clear communication in all our interactions with each other and with those we serve.
7. Earth and Land Honoring: We recognize the importance of honoring the Earth's needs and commit to practices that restore and demonstrate gratitude to our planet. We also acknowledge and support the growing concern and mobilization around climate distress as a critical endeavor for the well-being of our planet and future generations. By advocating for sustainable practices, reducing our carbon footprint, and supporting policies that prioritize environmental conservation and those most affected, we contribute to the global effort to address climate distress and work towards a more resilient and sustainable future for all.
8. Advocacy: Seeing the devastation to land and communities around the globe, we commit to efforts of advocacy both in this arena of healthcare, as well as other arenas where we might help to dismantle oppression and oppressive systems.
9. Sacred Community: We believe that in creating an intentional community of clinicians with these shared values and practices, we will catalyze and open space for the sacred and mysterious that exists within and between each of us to become manifest. This manifestation can spread healing beyond our community supporting the healing work being done worldwide.
10 Diversity: Innana Rising embraces all gender expressions and an appreciation toward all races, religions, ages, abilities, and sexual orientations.
11. Ancestral Spirituality: Innana Rising celebrates all traditions and wisdom paths that uplift consciousness, honor love, and hold precious the mystical states that catalyze contact with the Divine.
Every clinical member, board member, and donor live out these values and contribute to our scholarship and reparation funds, through finding new members and donors, collectively joining forces with us to provide the highest possible PAT care that is ethical, affordable, accessible, and socially responsible. I agree to have my patient's read, understand, and sign consent and all other appropriate legal paperwork when entering into care with me, and to indemnify Inanna Rising from any choices or outcomes that might result from being under my care. Confidentiality Agreement:

In an effort to create a safe and thriving community, Inanna Rising has crafted a confidentiality agreement. This Confidentiality Agreement ("Agreement") is made effective as of the date of joining Inanna Rising, by and between the undersigned member ("Recipient") and Inanna Rising ("Disclosing Party").

Confidential Information: For purposes of this Agreement, "Confidential Information" shall include all data, materials, knowledge, and information disclosed or shared within Inanna Rising's consultation groups and open member forums, including but not limited to personal experiences, practices, strategies, and any other information shared by members.

Obligation of Confidentiality: The Recipient agrees to hold all Confidential Information in strict confidence. The Recipient shall not disclose, disseminate, or use any Confidential Information disclosed by any member of Inanna Rising, whether during consultation groups or in open member forums, to any person, firm, corporation, or other entity for any reason or purpose whatsoever.

Exceptions: The obligations and restrictions of this Agreement do not apply to information that:

-       Is or becomes publicly known through no fault of the Recipient.

-       Is received from a third party without a breach of such third party’s obligations of confidentiality.

-       Is independently developed by the Recipient without use of or reference to the Confidential Information of the Disclosing Party.

Term of Obligation: The Recipient's duty to maintain the confidentiality of the Confidential Information remains in effect indefinitely. The obligations set forth in this Agreement shall survive the termination of the Recipient's membership with Inanna Rising.

Enforcement: Violation of this Agreement may result in immediate termination of the Recipient’s membership in Inanna Rising, and the Disclosing Party reserves the right to pursue any legal remedies available to it for such breach.

Acknowledgement: By joining and participating in Inanna Rising, the Recipient acknowledges their understanding and agreement to abide by the terms of this Confidentiality Agreement.

By continuing membership with Inanna Rising, the Recipient signifies their agreement to these terms and their commitment to uphold the integrity and privacy of all members within the community.
