Pre-Conference
Pre-Conference sessions, which will take place during the day on Wednesday, October 25, 2023, are included in the full conference registration fee and are open to all attendees. If you are attending the Early Literacy Workgroup Session or convening with NCSL prior to the Annual Conference (both invite-only), please connect with Winona Hao at winona.hao@nasbe.org.

The hotel block for our annual conference at Paradise Point has sold out on the night of October 25th. While there are still available rooms at the group rate for the other nights of the conference, if those are your travel dates, we have compiled a list of nearby hotels with availability at varying rates if you need additional nights. This rate will be available until October 2nd via the online reservation website or by calling the hotel at 855.463.3361.
For those using PDA Funds, you must make a reservation using the link above or by phone. NASBE will work with the hotel to pay the charges as directed by your PDA request.

Emergency Contact Information
Registrations may be cancelled for a refund (less $100 processing fee) if cancellation request is received in writing by Friday, October 6, 2023. All cancellations must be submitted in writing and emails to nasbeconference@thebalcomgroup.com.
Registration substitutions are accepted. The substitution deadline is Friday, October 6, 2023. All substitutions after this date will be processed on-site. Please email substitution requests to nasbeconference@thebalcomgroup.com.
All refunds are issued via original form of payment after the conference.
Your well-being is our top priority, and we are dedicated to ensuring attendees and guests have a safe environment at NASBE's 2023 Annual Conference. Masks are recommended, but not required.
NASBE is monitoring the World Health Organization updates as well as the local CDC guidelines and the U.S. Travel Associations updates regarding the COVID-19 pandemic. Every effort will be made to adhere to physical distancing guidelines, cleaning & hygiene, minimizing food and beverage risks, and will have an on-going communication plan.

Payment for all registrations must be made in full prior to the conference.

If paying by purchase order, you can upload that here. If you do not have the purchase order now, you will be able to send it via email to nasbeconference@thebalcomgroup.com. All purchase orders must be submitted no later than Friday, October 13, 2023.

In consideration for being able to attend the NASBE Annual Conference you agree to allow authorized associates/vendors of the NASBE Annual Conference, its licensees, successors, and assignees full and complete irrevicable permission, without reservation or restriction, to be photographed/recorded at the NASBE Annual Conference, in any manner (video, audio, or electronic, etc.) and for them to use said photograph(s)/recording(s) as they deem appropriate in connection with the NASBE Annual Conference or any NASBE related activities. If you do not authorize use, you must submit in writing to nasbeconference@thebalcomgroup.com.
