Making and Using NUCs

You can solve many beekeeping problems -- notably swarming and queen management -- by making nucleus colonies. Making nucs is the heart of our beekeeping operation – we make thousands each year. I’ll demonstrate various ways to create nucs, and how to use them.

Randy Oliver will present live via Zoom and field questions and answers during or after his presentation.

This event will be shown live at the MVBA Monthly Meeting in Merrimack at the St. James United Methodist Church, 645 Daniel Webster Highway in Merrimack, NH.

All are welcome to join the meeting in person. The meeting will be be available to watch remotely via Zoom. In order to manage the number of Zoom participants, you must register with this form.

Registered people will receive a Zoom link for the meeting at the email address provided below on Friday June 2.
