WAM Winter Academy

WAM Winter Academy is designed to scale the mentoring effect with remote facilitation. Join a group of talented facilitators for our summer cohorts engaging young adults and the rising leader community in our network. We specialize in discussions that elevate diverse storytelling, highlight vulnerability, identity, and belonging.
Facilitator duties:

Lead a cohort in weekly discussions between 60-90 minutes. We supply the content flow, learning management system, and you supply the facilitation and takeaways. We'll have onboarding and training for you to support your human development expertise. Stipend available. Commitment: any combination of December or January.
