I understand as a member of a ISAP Board or Committee or other volunteer group that the deliberations of that group, whether written or verbal, constitute ISAP’s intellectual property, and that such discussions, deliberations and actions are to be kept confidential. At no time will I reveal or otherwise discuss ISAP’s official business outside of the group to which I am elected, appointed or assigned.

By accepting my election, appointment or assignment, I agree to act in the best interests of ISAP by keeping confidential any information given to me as part of my duties. I understand that the disclosure of information might be adverse to the interests of ISAP. Furthermore, I agree not to disclose or use information relating to the business of ISAP for personal profit or advantage, or for the personal profit or advantage of a family member, friend, or acquaintance.
