VENDOR NOTE:
Applications are accepted through July 22, 2023 or until spaces are filled. Spaces fill on a first come - first served basis. Past attendance does NOT guarantee an acceptance for 2023. We reserve the right to refuse any application. Most booth spaces are outdoors. Please let us know if you require an indoor location.

Acceptance Terms:
Selected vendors will receive an acceptance letter/email and an invoice for their booth. Once booth fees have been paid, the vendor will be announced and listed on our social media and website. Please read through our terms/conditions and our cancellation policy.
Sales Tax:
Georgia State Sales Tax is 7%. Vendors are responsible for collecting their own sales tax and reporting to the state. The Grass Roots Festival, Alpine Dispensary, and Hootin' and Hollerin' LLC are not to be responsible for any lack of reporting to the state.
Booth Specifics:
You as a vendor, are responsible for your own space. Because this event is outside and in August, encourage a popup canopy with sides. Weights are required for all canopy tents. Tents may be tied down to adjacent tents. Vendors must provide their own drop cords, power banks, etc. to ensure self sufficiency during festival hours. It is not the responsibility of the GRF or Hootin' and Hollerin' LLC to provide additional vendor needs on the day of the event. Proper prior planning please, so that we all may enjoy the event and make money!
Cancellation Policy:
In the event that a vendor needs to cancel, fees will be refunded in FULL if notification is received before July 22, 2023. No refunds will be given for cancellation requests received after July 22nd. Any requested refunds after July 22nd will be subject to review on a case by case basis by Hootin' and Hollerin' LLC.

RAFFLE REQUEST
We will be offering raffled prizes from local vendors on stage throughout the event. Vendor artists are welcome to donate a raffled prize in exchange for that face value amount taken off their vendor fee. This is subject to review by Hootin' and Hollerin' LLC as there are limited raffled prize slots available. If you would like to provide a prize in exchange for a cheaper booth fee, please submit a photo of it and describe it below.
If you are able to donate to the Raffle Drawing, what are you bringing?
