Volunteer Registration for LifeWise Van Buren
LifeWise Academy Van Buren is seeking volunteers to chaperone children to and from LifeWise classes (riding the LifeWise bus) as well as to assist the teacher(s) in the classroom as necessary. Please complete the attached form to express interest in volunteering.
