Please note the following timelines for the completion of your initial CPRT request:
- Zoom: allow a minimum of 5 business days in advance of the event. Submit sooner if needed for flyer to promote event.
- Beyond the Call/Social Media/Website: allow a minimum of 5 business days in advance of publication. **Deadline for Beyond the Call is the Thursday 3 p.m. prior to the following Tuesday release.**
- Website Event/Post: allow a minimum of 5 business days in advance of the publication.
- Large review requests: allow 14 days (i.e. program booklet, social media campaign).
Please note:
The above timeframes do not include additional reviews, edits, or other adjustments that may be required after the completion of the initial request.
- Actual initial completion time may vary (up or down) based on volume
- If the above timeline cannot meet your request, you will be notified and provided with an estimated completion date
- Timeframes begin the following day for requests submitted after 5 p.m.
• The following 2025-26 blackout dates extend all timeframes:
August 31 - September 2 (Labor Day)
November 26-29 (Thanksgiving)
December 23-27 (Christmas)
December 30-January 2 (New Year)
January 19 (MLK Day)
April 5 (Easter)
May 23-25 (Memorial Day)
June 19-20 (Juneteenth)
• The CPRT Request Form will close for the 2025-26 Sorority year on June 20, 2026 and will reopen for the 2026-2027 Sorority year on July 6, 2026. You will still be able to submit content but review will begin July 6.
