This agreement is to verify your participation with Bayspired Events.
Vendor must bring their own tables, chairs, generators and everything needed to run your booth. If you're bringing a tent WE REQUIRE you bring sandbags, water jugs or weights to secure it. Tents can blow away, lift, or break on windy days and cause injury to other vendors and patrons. Vendors are permitted to bring displays and stands. We encourage you to be as unique as you please with your display, however LOUD music is prohibited.
Payment shall be made directly through Venmo @bayspired. Please put your business name as the note and nothing else.
Bayspired and any partnering location/companies are not liable or responsible for any accidents or incidents that occur while vendors, volunteers or patrons are on the premises. In addition, Bayspired assumes no liability or responsibility for any effects small business vendor products may have on patrons. Each vendor holds responsibility and liability for their own products and product effects. Participation at this event is voluntary and vendors reserve all rights to their products and services as well as payment received for these products and services.
Booth fee is non-refundable or transferable if you cannot attend the event for any reason.
In the event of a proven accident, riot, strike, epidemic, act of God, or any other legitimate condition or occurrence beyond our respective control, the event will be rescheduled for a date to be determined. If the event is canceled, this contract is null and void and vendors will receive a full refund.
Small business vendors are entitled to use the name, likenesses, and other promotional materials provided for the Event. As a registered vendor we would like you to promote the event for all your followers to attend.
