  • HOW TO PREPARE YOUR SELF BEFORE A WAX APPOINTMENT 💕

     DRINK A TYLENOL BEFORE YOU COME.
    WASH YOUR SELF WITH DOVE SOAP OR ANY BODY WASH YOUR PREFERENCES WASH YOUR SELF GENTLY THE DAY OF YOUR APPOINTMENT.

    DO A DEEP CLEAN ON YOUR SELF 3 DAYS BEFORE WAXING TO PREVENT ANY INGROW.

     
    DON'T SMOKE OR DRINK 4 HOURS PRIOR YOUR WAX IT'S GONNA CAUSE
    SENSITIVITY WE DON'T WANT THAT.

    I DONT MIND WAXING IN YOUR CYCLE WITH A TAMPON JUST KNOW YOU BE MORE SENSITIVE 

  • AFTER CARE.

    AVOID HOT WATER
    AVOID DIRECT SUN LIGHT
    AVOUD SAUNA OR STEAM BATHS.
    DON'T SWIM.
    DONT WEAR TIGHT CLOTHES WAXED SKIN NEED AIR.

    AVOID PERFUMED ON THE WAX SKIN
    AVOID TOUGHING WAX SKIN WITH EASLY CAN GET BACTERIA.

    NO OIL BASED ON TANNING PRODUCTS.
    AVOID PRODUCTS WITH ALPHAL HYDROXY ACID (AHA WHITCH MAY IT IRRITATE THE SKIN.
    AFTER 24HRS START SCRUBBING GENTLY.
    DONT SHAVE IN BETWEEN
    WAXING THIS WILL AFFECT THE HAIR GROWTH CYCLE.
    PROTECT YOUR BODY BY USING A SUN CREAM.

    Policies 

    POLICY 2026

    Appointments & Deposits

    A $20 non-refundable deposit is required to book.
    Deposits go toward your service.
    Appointments are not confirmed until the deposit is received.
    Cancellations & No-Shows

    48 hour notice is required to cancel or reschedule.
    Cancellations within 48 hours will forfeit the deposit.
    No-shows will may be required to prepay future appointments
    Late Policy

    A 10-minute grace period is allowed.
    After 10 minutes, a $10 late fee applies.
    Appointments 15 minutes late may be canceled and treated as a no-show.
    Payment Policy

    Remaining balance is due at the appointment.
    Cash preferred for remaining balance.
    I do not carry change - please bring exact cash.
    Accepted payments: Cash, Square Tap, Zelle.
    A 10% processing fee applies to non-cash payments.
    Preparation & Hygiene

    Please arrive clean and showered
    Excessive oils, lotions, or sprays may affect results.
    Clients with open sores, sunburn, or skin irritation may be refused service.
    Health & Skin Safety

    • Please disclose medical conditions, medications

    skin treatments (Accutane, Retinol, antibiotics, chemical peels, etc.).

    • Services may be declined if it is unsafe to wax.

    Results Disclaimer

    Hair length and growth patterns affect results.
    Some redness or sensitivity is normal.
    Results are not guaranteed if aftercare instructions are not followed.
    Refund Policy

    No refunds on services rendered.
    Concerns must be addressed within 24 hours of your appointment.

     

    Age Requirement

    Clients must be 18+ for intimate waxing.
    Minors require parent/guardian consent for intamitav
    Pregnancy Policlies

    Please inform your waxer if you are pregnant.
    Sensitivity may be higher; services may be modified or declined.
    Menstrual Cycle Policy

    Waxing during your cycle is allowed with a fresh tampon
    Excessive bleeding may require rescheduling.
    Hair Length Policy

    Hair must be at least ¼ inch long.
    Hair that is too short may result in incomplete service and no refunds.
    Shaving / Trimming Policy

    Shaving between appointments may affect results.
    Excessive trimming may require rescheduling or additional charges.
    Product Sensitivity / Allergie

    Please disclose all allergies or skin sensitivities.
    Patch tests may be required for first-time clients.
    Service Refusal Rights

    The waxer reserves the right to refuse or stop service for:

    Unsanitary conditions
    Inappropriate behavior
    Unsafe skin conditions
    Failure to follow policies
    Inappropriate Conduct Policy (VERY IMPORTANT)

    Any sexual, inappropriate, or disrespectful behavior will result in:Immediate termination of service
    Full charge of service
    Permanent ban from bookinG
    Right to Modify Services

    Services may be adjusted or shortened due to time, lateness, hair condition, or skin sensitivit

    Personal Belonging

    The salon is not responsible for lost or damaged personal items
     

    Aftercare Responsibilities

    Clients are responsible for following aftercare instructions.
    The salon is not responsible for reactions caused by failure to follow aftercare
