MSCA Training Centre Rental Agreement
This Agreement is between Malaysia Specialty Coffee Association (MSCA) and the customer on the MSCA Training Centre Rental only.

By booking your slots with MSCA Training Centre, you have agreed to comply with and be bound by the terms and conditions of MSCA Training Centre without any limitation.

Kindly note that failure of informing the staff five (5) days prior to the event might result in the rejection of any external/self prepared service/items to the venue.

Rental Rates & Fees
a. Over-time Charges
- A RM 50 will apply for every 15 minutes the event extends past the agreed rental period.
b. Deposit
- 50% deposit of the total venue rental fee is required at least ten (10) days prior the event. Full payment of the total venue rental fee is required at least five (5) days prior the event.
- Failure to settle the 50% deposit or full payment on time will result in a final notification of three (3) days deadline in writing (i.e. Email, WhatsApp Message or in Physical Letter). Failure to meet the final notification will result in the release of venue rental availability automatically.
The rented Venue will be set-up as the default meeting room settings, renter are required to set-up their own venue within the agreed rental period.

Kindly note that set-up & packing down must be done within the rental period.
