Before starting your application, please have the following document available:
- Canada Child Benefit (CCB) Document. This serves as proof of income for all parents/guardians living in the same household. CCB statements are issued annually by the Federal Government in July. We are currently accepting CCB documents issued in 2025 (tax year 2024). Please visit the program page on our website for instructions on how to obtain this document.
Note: Application processing may take up to three (3) weeks, or longer during peak periods. If your application is approved, we will notify the program organization directly and request an invoice from them. Funds will be issued directly to the program organization within approximately two to three (2–3) weeks after an invoice is received.
