  • What to expect: Diet, training/cardio regime, supplementation outline (open or natural), daily coaching as required, and weekly detailed check-ins via email. Training plans are updated every 6 weeks to avoid plateaus in the gym; cardio and diet is changed based on need and progression. In order to get started, please fill out the below questionnaire. I will then put together an initial plan for you within 48 hours of receiving your completed questionnaire.   • Please include recent pictures of yourself in a posing suit or trunks (or undergarments). The pictures must provide a clear view of your relaxed physique: front, side and back. Ideally, your pictures will be taken fasted in the morning (before any food or liquid) and in natural front-facing light.

    As previously mentioned, I structure training programs in 6-week intervals. Diet, cardio, and supplementation are subject to change based on progression. If applicable, your stack is designed based on experience, body type, and desired goals. I do not typically provide macro-based diets; I offer a variety of substitutes within my diet plans (all clean, whole food sources).

    Once you have submitted your completed questionnaire, you will receive your initial plan within 48 hours. Please note that this timeframe is contingent on receipt of your $500.00 deposit.
