Hello Dancers,

Thank you for your interest in “The Champagne Dance Team”. Round 1 of auditions will be held virtually March 1st-31st. If awarded a Round 2 pass, the final round will be held in-person Sunday, April 26th at South Carolina State University.  

 

To advance to the second round of auditions, all applicants must submit a video for Round 1. Please ensure your submission meets the following requirements:

Performance & Attire

- Provide a one-minute solo routine showcasing your technical skills.
- Wear a two-piece outfit.
- Hair and makeup must be completed.
- Treat this submission as a professional, in-person audition and let your personality shine.

Introduction
At the beginning of your video, please state:

- Your full name.
- Your hometown.
- Your academic classification for the upcoming fall semester.

Location & Recording
All videos must be recorded in a gym, dance studio, or on a football field. Submissions recorded in other locations will not be accepted!

Submission Process

1. Upload your video to YouTube.
2. Set the privacy setting to "Unlisted." Do not select "Public" or "Private."
3. Copy the video link and attach it to this audition link with the complete registration form.

Results will be emailed on Sunday, April 5th. Applicants who advance to Round 2 will receive further instructions for the final audition held on April 26th.
