• CapTex Tri Registration Change Request Form

    If you are currently registered for the CapTex Tri and would like to change your registration you have several options that are posted below. Please review the fees and options available and then complete the form to submit your request. Once the form is submitted you will receive notice from EventDog within one to two days.

  • A change in registration can only be requested up to the deadlines posted below. Requests cannot be processed for an event that has already taken place.

    REFUNDS

    • 50% refunds are available through January 12.
    • Transaction fees charged by the online registration provider cannot be refunded.
    • Any merchandise purchased and/ or USAT one-day license will be refunded when a deferral is processed.
    • Refunds are not available after January 12.

     

    DEFER ONE YEAR

    • You may request to defer your registration to next year's event
    • Deferral requests are available through March 24, 2024.
    • Any merchandise purchased and/ or USAT one-day license will be refunded when a deferral is processed.

    TRANSFER DISTANCE OR EVENT

    • Transaction fees charged by the online registration provider cannot be refunded or transferred.
    • USAT one-day license will be transferred to the new event.
    • Any merchandise purchased will be refunded. 
    • Registrations can only be transferred one time.
    • Transfers include a transfer fee + registration price difference, if any.
    • Price differences between events will not be refunded if transferring to a shorter distance.
    • Transfers to another person are not permitted.
    • Transfers are available through May 26 at 3:00 PM

      All transfers must be approved through High Five Events. Anyone caught attempting to sell or transfer their race entry/bib to another person, or participate in the event using another participant’s race entry/bib as part of a non-approved transfer, will have said race entry/bib revoked and the racer will be disqualified and removed from the race without refund. The Jack's Generic Triathlon Refund/Transfer/Deferral Policy is subject to change at any time.
