Nomination Form

In order to nominate an Inspiring Person, please fill out our nomination form. Note that all submissions must be received by May 23, 2023 by 11:59 pm.
The theme for the conference is “Mind Your Business”. A defining time and era where we need to remember our roles as women but also recognize our resiliency and strength as women entrepreneurs. Our Eeyou/Eenou women are valuable, and we need to ensure they are nurtured and recognized in our
society.

It is a time to recognize and honor these women in business. This event will be one of our empowering and prominent events and we are blessed to take this initiative to recognize our Eeyou Iskweu.

Across Eeyou Istchee, there are women who inspire us through their achievements, their dedication, commitments, and outstanding contributions in economic development in their communities. Who is she? We need YOU to nominate an inspiring woman!

Nomination Criteria :
- Demonstrate thatshe has achieved successin her respective field.
- Answer each question in the application form.
- Nomination deadline: May 23, 2023 by 11:59 pm
- Must be a female/male who is Cree JBNQA beneficiary and not limited to a person residing in Eeyou Istchee.
- It is strongly recommended the winner be available to attend the conference on the event day, and consent to
  media coverage and photos. If they cannot attend, they can delegate someone to accept the award in their
  place.
- The nominee cannot be a previous winner of the same award.
- One nomination form per award category.
- Incomplete nomination forms will not be accepted.
- Each nomination must include a picture of nominee and a half page bio.

*The winner will receive: one hotel room with two (2) double beds, gas expenses and a complimentary ticket for one (1) guest.
