    Cancellation/rescheduling policy: I understand that things can come up. I value your time, and hope you value mine too. In the event you need to cancel your appointment, please be sure to notify me no later than 48 hours before your scheduled appointment. Failure to notify in time will incur a cancellation fee. To ensure our cancellation policy is upheld we require a credit card to book any appointment. Any appointment not cancelled within 48 hours of the scheduled date and time falls under my cancellation policy protocol. You will be charged 50% to your card on file of what the scheduled services were valued at. If you have any questions regarding this policy please communicate them before committing to an appointment. No Call/No show policy: If a guest is to no call/now show, they will be charged 100% of service fee with card on file and no longer allowed to book with TopKnot Styles. Late Policy: All guests are given a 9 minute grace period. At 10 minutes, they guest will be asked to reschedule their service due to the time sensitive quality of services. There will be 50% fee charge for the lateness and rescheduling of appointment and will not be counted towards next service. Saved Payment Method: Saved Payment Method: All guests' payment methods are safely and securely stored on file using my POS system. My POS system uses Stripe, the world’s leading secure and PCI compliant online payment processor Adjustment policy: Your Satisfaction is the highest priority. if you are not fully content with your service, please let me know during the service or within 7 days of your appointment. I am committed to making any needed corrections, as long as it falls in the services discussed and agreed upon during the consultation. I will be pleased to accommodate you free of charge in most circumstances. For said complimentary service to be done, this request must be made within 7 days of your initial appointment. I understand canceling the adjustment appointment will forfit the complimentary service and will be charged for any adjustments. Return Policy: All Hair Extensions are non-returnable/non-refundable once opened and installed. When the hair is order and received, i personal check the quality and color before applying the hair to ensure no bad wefts are installed.

I agree to have my Payment Information saved and stored securely. I also understand that Autumn Daniels and I will have a in-depth conversation speaking about all of todays appointment, in which I agree to and acknowledge, including price, And the expected phyiscal and aesthetic results. I hereby release and agree to hold Autumn Daniels harmless from, and waive on behalf of myself, my hairs, and any personal representatives any and all causes of action, claims, demands, damages, costs, expenses, and compensation for damage or loss to myself and/or property that may be caused by any act, or failure to act of the salon,, or that may otherwise arise in any way in connection with any services received from Autumn Daniels. I understand that this release discharges Autumn Daniels from any liability or claim that I, my heirs, or any personal representatives may have against the salon with respect to any bodily injury, illness, death, medical treatment, or property damage that may arise from, or in connection to, any services received from Autumn Daniels. This liability waiver and release extends to the salon together with all owners, partners, and employees.
