Deposit Required to Secure Booking!
Once your form has been received, you will be contacted for any additional information needed & an invoice will be sent. When the invoice is sent, please contact us immediately if there is incorrect info. If deposit is not received within 24 hours after invoice has been sent, invoice will be voided.
Remaining balance is due 24 hours before pickup. If deposit is paid, and no further payments are made, order will be canceled and deposit forfeited.
Once pickup time & date have been determined, please contact us directly if any changes are necessary. Meeting & delivery are subject to additional fees not included in invoice quote.
Cancellations:
In the event that an order needs to be canceled due to an unforeseen situation, change of circumstance, event cancellation, or the order is no longer wanted/needed, the deposit will be moved to secure another date or a store credit will be issued and can be used within 6 months of issue date.
Cake Care:
Use caution when transporting cakes/cupcakes. Please secure a flat, level, shaded surface in your vehicle for items to sit. Use caution when stopping, accelerating, slowing and turning to ensure items do not slide or fall.
WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR DAMAGE TO ANY ITEMS BOUGHT FROM US AFTER PICKUP!!
NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN!
All cakes have BUTTERCREAM icing and icing will melt like butter if exposed to elevated temperatures and/or exposure to direct sunlight. Please keep A/C in vehicle on high while transporting desserts & treats. All cakes will need to be refrigerated immediately until ready to serve.
