VIVA Foundation for Children with Cancer, in partnership with Singapore Chung Hwa Medical Institution, presents the 'VIVA-Chung Hwa TCM Health Talks', a new hybrid series.

VIVA-Chung Hwa TCM Health Talks aims to educate Traditional Chinese Physicians on medical knowledge while also improving the lives of children with cancer, their families, and survivors with a focus on preventive healthcare and holistic strategies to promote their well-being. These interactive talks are open to people of all ages.

Venue: VIVA Hub (8 Sinaran Drive, #03-01, Novena Specialist Centre, Singapore 307470)

“VIVA-中华医院健康讲座”旨在教育中医师中医知识，同时关注预防保健和促进健康，以改善患癌儿童、他们的家庭以及幸存者的生活。这些互动讲座对各个年龄段的人士开放。

Terms and Conditions

1. Intellectual Property Rights 

1.1 The VIVA Foundation reserves all its intellectual property rights (including but not limited to all copyright) which it either owns or holds as licensor in the conference and any materials forming part of the conference (including but not limited to written materials, slides, recordings, assessments and downloadable materials) made available to you as part of the conference (“VIVA-Chung Hwa Materials"), and you agree that you will not do anything to infringe or prejudice those rights. 

1.2. You may not: 

1.2.1. sell, sublicense, distribute, display, broadcast, store, modify, translate or transfer any VIVA-Chung Hwa Material; 

1.2.2. use any VIVA-Chung Hwa Materials to create any derivative materials or competitive products; 

1.2.3. use any automated, programmatic, scripted or other mechanical means to access the conference; 

1.2.4. allow anyone except the individual to whom access to a conference has been allocated; 

1.2.5. allow any third parties to access, use or benefit from the VIVA-Chung Hwa Materials in any way; or 

1.2.6. share your password or login details with anyone.  

 

1.3 I understand that photographs and/or video could be used in any media (existing or later created or made available) including print and digital media formats such as print publications, prospectuses, brochures, websites, e-marketing, posters, banners, advertising, film, social media, for VIVA-Chung Hwa Materials purposes.

 

2. Data Protection 

2.1 All personal information you disclose to us in the registration form will be processed in accordance with the Personal Data and Protection Act. We will not share your contact details without your written consent.

2.2 By submitting this registration form, you consent that the VIVA Foundation may collect, use, and disclose the personal data you provide in this form to administer your registration for this event and for statistical, analysis, and planning purposes, solely related to this conference. 

2.3 You agree that any personal information you submit as part of your registration for the conference is accurate and that you have all necessary permissions to submit such personal information.
