  • To ensure we can successfully fulfil the benefits of your exhibitor package and keep our communication with you consistent we ask that this second document is completed before 22nd August 2023.

    Please share with us below key information relating to your company. These elements will be used on pre/during/post event comms & marketing.

     

  • Exhibitor Benefits

  • Tabletop Exhibition Stands:

     

    Your stand includes:

    • 1 x 6ft table
    • 2 x Chairs 
    • Access to power
       

    You can bring an exhibition stand and/or pop-up banners to be placed behind the table, so long as they don’t exceed this space. You can use the table for literature, giveaways, and any products/services you wish to display. If you wish to hire a screen, we recommend using THAT Event Company: https://www.that-event.com/

     

    Timings:

    • 07:00 - Exhibiton stand set up
    • 08:15 - Delegates arrive
    • 16:30 - 17:30 - Conference closing networking drinks
       

    There may be an opportunity to set-up the day before if you are bringing a lot of equipment and we ask that you break down after the conference closing networking drinks. If you do need to leave earlier, we just ask you are mindful of any disruption that breaking down may cause.

     

    To enhance your presence at BioForward and attract delegates to your stand we recommend that where possible you bring your product along for delegates to experience (subject to our risk assessment – see link below) or provide footage of it and let us know what you are doing. Bring your stand to life with good graphics, uniformed staff, or live entertainment, that will attract people’s attention.

    Please note: All elecrical equipment must be PAT tested prior to its use at the event. Also it is your responsibility to remove ALL stand materials, carpet tape, packaging, excess literature, and waste from the hall.

  • Two Delegate Passes:

     

    If you have registered for your exhibition stand online then one of your delegate passes has already been registered for – do let us know if the person registered will not actually be attending. For your second pass you can register using this link: BioForward 2023 Registration or add the details below.

  • Exhibition Branding before and on-event:

     

    BioForward exhibitors gain brand exposure in the lead up to the event via branding on the website, social media updates and via our regular e-marketing campaigns to our network, as well as in the printed delegate handbook on the day, and social media after the event.

     

    Please also inform us of any exciting company news, e.g., mergers, new products etc., that we can highlight in communications to our network.

  • Stand Allocation and Floor Plan:

     

    We have allocated stands on a first come, first served basis. You will be sent your stand number directly.

  • Parking:

     

    If you require a parking space, they are limited, so if you have not done so already, please send over the vehicle registration to nicholas.james@obn.org.uk and we will do our best to accommodate.  The full of address of the venue is The Kings Centre, Osney Mead, Oxford, OX2 0ES.
