Your stand includes:
- 1 x 6ft table
- 2 x Chairs
- Access to power
You can bring an exhibition stand and/or pop-up banners to be placed behind the table, so long as they don’t exceed this space. You can use the table for literature, giveaways, and any products/services you wish to display. If you wish to hire a screen, we recommend using THAT Event Company: https://www.that-event.com/
Timings:
- 07:00 - Exhibiton stand set up
- 08:15 - Delegates arrive
- 16:30 - 17:30 - Conference closing networking drinks
There may be an opportunity to set-up the day before if you are bringing a lot of equipment and we ask that you break down after the conference closing networking drinks. If you do need to leave earlier, we just ask you are mindful of any disruption that breaking down may cause.
To enhance your presence at BioForward and attract delegates to your stand we recommend that where possible you bring your product along for delegates to experience (subject to our risk assessment – see link below) or provide footage of it and let us know what you are doing. Bring your stand to life with good graphics, uniformed staff, or live entertainment, that will attract people’s attention.
