Gill will contact all attendees in advance regarding the chosen film. I will also advise on costumes if needed.

*A birthday whats app group would be created. This would contain all the information the attendees would need to know before attending the party. Plus allows me to have emergency contact info.

The day would like this

1. Icebreaker game to get to know eachother

2. Intro to everything filmmaking

3. Allocation of roles if not decided beforehand. (this is possible if I am liaising with the the Birthday Boy/Girl's parents

4. Scripts/improvistion & breakdown of scenes.

Break for quick lunch if provided by host or some parents just pass out gift bags at the end.

5. Filming (rotating roles of director, clapperboard operator, and camera operator at each scene)

6. End of party video messages for birthday boy/girl from all attendees to chosen background pop songs.

7. Film fully edited & given to each invitee if Parent requires it to be sent to all or link can be just sent to Bithday boy or girl. (Editing time frame can vary dependant on film type)

8. Certificate of attendace to all attendees

9. Film Makers personalised pencil for all attendees

PARTY FOOD IDEAS. Provided by the parents unless specified.

Cardboard Lunch boxes would be a great idea to have a mini party selection inside. e.g small sandwich, fruit bag, birthday cupcake and/or personalised birthday cookie, mini sausage roll, mini carrot sticks or a Mcdonals delivery.
