Acceptance Terms:
Selected vendors will receive an acceptance letter/email and an invoice for their table. Once table fees have been paid, the vendor will be announced and listed on our social media and website. Please read through our terms/conditions and our cancellation policy.
Cancellation Policy:
A notice of cancellation must be received by August 15 in order to be refunded 50%. No refunds will be given for cancellation requests received after August 15th.

Gold - $750 (Table at Event, logo on all Social Media Ads, logo on website, sponsor directory, time slot for commercial in pre and post show during the broadcast, and a letter of recognition of your support.)
Silver - $325 (Table at event, logo on website, sponsor directory, and a letter of recognition of your support.) PLEASE NOTE: This includes the $125 vendor fee
Bronze - $200 (Logo on website, Sponsor Directory, and a letter of recognition of your support.)
