2023 Kodak Black Day Car Registration Form

We are excited that you are interested in completing in this year's Kodak Black Day Car Show taking place on Sunday, June 11, 2023 at the Pompano Community Park in Pompano Beach, FL.

Entry Fees Are:

$250 for Cars

$350 for Trucks

PLEASE NOTE:

You MUST arrive for car load-in between 8:30AM - 11:00AM. If you are not inside of the gate by 11:00AM you forfeit your registration fee and will be unable to participate.
Once your vehicle has been placed, you are unable to move it anytime before 6:30PM. THIS IS MANDATORY FOR THE SAFETY OF EVENT ATTENDEES.

In consideration of this entry, car owner agrees to permit the Kodak Black Day staff the use of their names, photographs, and/or vehicle recordings of their cars and/or persons for publicity, advertising, and commercial use before, during, and after the event and hereby relinquish any rights whatsoever to any photos taken in connection with this event, and give permission to publish or otherwise dispose of said photographs. All publicity and advertising rights are reserved by Kodak Black Day.

Participant agrees to release, indemnify, defend and hold harmless the Show, Kodak Black Day Staff, the City of Pompano Beach, and any event sponsor, and their respective officers, agents, or employees from all claims, lawsuits, actions, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including attorney's fees) resulting from injuries, to any person(s), including, but not limited to, guests, patrons, invitees, volunteers, contractors, or suppliers of materials, caused in whole or in part by your negligence or wanton misconduct occurring at any time during the preparation for, course of, or following the event. This release shall survive the conclusion of the event.
