We HIGHLY recommend you start your planning:

When filling out the request form, please make sure you know exactly how many guests will be in your party AND which services your party would like to book - this ensures that we can schedule you with the proper service providers who are certified to perform the treatments that you request.

Any changes in the Spa Day requests may affect when the Tiny Spa can accommodate your Spa Day.

Once you have filled in your Spa Day request our Spa Day Coordinator will reach out to you within 48 hours to ensure the requested date is available.

Due to high demand, you will then have 48 hours to respond to the Spa Day Coordinator's initial email and confirm the date/time that has been offered. After 48 hours of no response, the Spa Day date that was offered to you will be forfeited to free it up for other people who want to book services on that day.

Once your date and time are selected, our Spa Day Coordinator will assist you with planning the details of your Spa Day and will send an invoice. To secure your reservation, a 20% nonrefundable deposit and a completed guest list are required within 7 days of receiving the invoice.

If either the deposit is not paid or the guest list is not submitted within that timeframe, the date will be released and made available to other guests.

We can accommodate 2 to 8 guests for a Spa Day. Our two relaxing treatment rooms can service two guests at a time, while the rest of the guests can relax in the lounge.

When your party arrive at The Tiny Spa at your designated arrival time, our team will provide your guests with robes & slippers. They will then pour you a glass of bubbly and you may nibble on any food you may have brought for the day.

While the first two guests enjoy their services, the rest of the party will relax in our lounge. There will be breaks between services that will allow the service providers to clean the rooms and allow you to spend time with all your guests. Once services have concluded for the day you will change back into your clothes, pack up any leftover treats, and we will wish you a fond farewell.

Parties who wish to bring large amounts of food or decorate the space will be expected to set up and clean up their supplies before and after the services of the Spa Day. The Spa Day Coordinator will inform the party of the designated arrival time, which will include set up time if applicable.

Yes, you may bring food and/ or decorations for your Spa Day! We ask that you inform us using this request form of whether or not you are bringing food/ decor, and what you would like to bring. This way, we can plan accordingly, and if additional time needs to be added to your Spa Day for set up/ clean up. Additional set up/ clean up time will also affect your final cost and arrival/ departure time. The Spa Day Coordinator will contact you will more details once your Spa Day Request is completed.

Parties that bring their own food are responsible for bringing all the items they will need (such as plates, bowls, silverware, napkins, cups, serving utensils, etc.). The Tiny Spa will provide stemmed glassware for wine and/ or bubbly.

All decorations must be able to be removed from furtniture/ walls without leaving residue or damaging surfaces. Any damages to spa property may be subject to additional charges.

Every Spa Day is different, the time frame in which your Spa Day takes place will vary. We have two relaxing treatment rooms and can service two guests at a time.

On average, smaller parties can expect 2 to 3-hour long Spa Days, whereas larger parties should plan for 3.5 to 5-hour Spa Days.

Our request form lets you pick and choose your Spa Day and gives you a rough estimate of what the cost will be for the day. Please note that the estimate is subject to change, and may vary.

Our Spa Day Coordinator will send you a final invoice for your spa day where you can pay for everything in advance for your party. Invoices are due two weeks before your scheduled Spa Day, and the 20% nonrefundable deposit is due 7 days after the invoice has been sent to you.

The estimate calculated here is a close approximation of the total cost for your Spa Day. Our Spa Day Coordinator will work with you to customize your Spa Day and give you a complete estimate of all the costs. 

Private Block (not included in estimate)

Our goal is to ensure that we provide our guests with private access to the Spa for the time that they have booked.

To ensure your spa day is private we will align your services so they occur at the same time. Private Blocks can be added to your Spa Day if you have an odd number of services/guests or you have services that do not line up with one another. We do our best to try to avoid adding a Private Block to your Spa Day so you do not have to incur any additional cost. 

Private Block Pricing: $25 per 15 minutes of private blocking needed
