    • How far in advance should I play a Spa Day 

    • We HIGHLY recommend you start your planning:

      The Solo - 1 Month 
      The Duo - 1 Month
      The Social - 2+ Months

      When filling out the request form, please make sure you know exactly how many guests will be in your party AND which services your party would like to book - this ensures that we can schedule you with the proper service providers who are certified to perform the treatments that you request.

      Any changes in the Spa Day requests may affect when the Tiny Spa can accommodate your Spa Day.

       

    • What packages can I choose from for my Spa Day? 

    • The following Services are available to book for a Spa Day:

      The Reset | 30min Massages
      The Reset | 60min Massages
      The Nourish | 30min Facials
      The Nurture | 60min Facials


      Enhancements that can be added:

      Hand scrub (pair with massage or facial)
      Foot scrub (pair with massage or facial)
      Scalp renewal (pair with massage or facial)
      Eye treatment (pair with massage or facial)

    • How do I Schedule a Spa Day? 

    • Once you have filled in your Spa Day request our Concierge will reach out to you within 48 hours to ensure the requested date is available.

      Due to high demand, you will then have 48 hours to respond to the Concierge's initial email and confirm the date/time that has been offered. After 48 hours of no response, the Spa Day date that was offered to you will be forfeited to free it up for other people who want to book services on that day.

      Once a date and time are selected, the Concierge will work with you to work out the details of your Spa Day and send you an invoice. To secure the date for your Spa Day, a 20% nonrefundable deposit must be paid within 7 days of sending the invoice. Failure to pay the deposit will result in forfeiting the date you selected for your Spa Day, to open it up for guests who would like to book services on that date.

    • How many people may I invite? 

    • We can accommodate 8 guests for "The Social" Spa Day. Two relaxing treatment rooms and can service two guests at a time.

    • What does a Spa Day look like? 

    • When you arrive at The Tiny Spa our team will provide your guests with robes & slippers. They will then pour you a glass of bubbly and you may nibble on any food you may have brought for the day.

       

      The Solo

      Includes 15 minutes of Lounge time before your services. After Lounge Time you will be brought to your treatment rooms to begin services. 

       

      The Duo

      Includes 30 minutes of Lounge time before your services. After Lounge Time you will be brought to your treatment rooms to begin services. 

       

      The Social

      While the first two guests enjoy their services the rest of the party will eat, drink, and relax in our lounge. There will be breaks between services that will allow our people to clean the rooms and allow you to spend time with all your guests. Once services have concluded for the day you will change back into your clothes, pack up any leftover treats, and we will wish you a fond farewell.

    • How long will my Spa Day last? 

    • Every Spa Day is different, the time frame in which your Spa Day takes place will vary. We have two relaxing treatment rooms and can service two guests at a time.

      On average, smaller parties can expect 1.5 to 3-hour long Spa Days, whereas larger parties should plan for 3.5 to 5-hour Spa Days.

    • What is the cost of a Spa Day? 

    • Our request form lets you pick and choose your Spa Day and gives you a rough estimate of what the cost will be for the day. Please note that the estimate is subject to change, and may vary.

    • How do I pay for a Spa Day? 

    • Our concierge will send you a final invoice for your spa day where you can pay for everything in advance for your party. Invoices are due two weeks before your scheduled Spa Day, and the 20% nonrefundable deposit is due 7 days after the invoice has been sent to you.

              Private Block

              Our goal is to ensure that we provide our guests with private access to the Spa if they have booked The Duo or The Social.

              To ensure your spa day is private we will;

              1) Align your services so they occur at the same time

              2) Add a "Private Block" to your spa day

               

              Private Blocks can be added to your Spa Day if you have an odd number of services/guests or you have services that do not line up with one another. We do our best to try to avoid adding a Private Block to your Spa Day so you do not have to incur any additional cost.
