With reference to accommodation:

We are currently in the process of negotiating special rates with the hotels within close proximity to the church venue, and only once we have finalized the negotiation process shall we be in a position to communicate the hotel options and deals to the believers. We aim to have this process completed well in advance, within the month of August.

We shall also communicate which catering options are available.
