Terms for New Client Acceptance

Effective May 7, 2024

BB Tax & Accounting provides a diverse range of tax and accounting services provided by tax professionals with varied areas of specialization. Since we have limited availability, we need to be sure we will be able to meet the needs of our potential clients. All potential clients are assessed for compatibility with our professional specializations and the applicant’s expectations. Applicants requesting a particular tax professional may need to be assigned to another member of our staff if their expectations would be better met by another professional within the firm.

If it is determined that we can proceed with the onboarding process, BB Tax & Accounting requires the prompt delivery of the following items necessary to set up a new client account:

Completion of a detailed onboarding questionnaire through the firm’s secure portal

The uploading, dropping off, or mailing of the most recently filed tax return(s)

BB Tax & Accounting expects a proactive approach to any and all information requested. We reserve the right to terminate our services in the event that we are unable to obtain requested information in a timely fashion through reasonable means.

Our current fee structure is as follows:

Personal return without business or rental activities	$425-900
Personal return with business, rental, or extensive investment activities	$550-1,200
Business return with 1-2 owners	$860-2,000
Business return with greater than two owners	$1,050-12,000
Trust/estate income tax return	$860-6,000
Estate inheritance return	$3,500-6,000
Gift return	$175-1,200
Non-profit return	$860-12,000

Prices vary based on complexity, and/or clarity/reliability of supporting information provided by client.

Prices reduced at preparers' discretion.
